The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nearby ski resort is excellent for learner / intermediate skiers, perhaps a little small for expert skiers. The hosts provide an on demand shuttle service to / from the ski resort. The igloo is very large and roomy and even with -10° C outside the heating facilities keeps the igloo cosy and warm. The self cooking occurs inside the igloo and was easy and delicious using an induction hob.

Providing free toiletries, this tent includes a shared bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a hairdryer. the staff is very helpful to make a fire for BBQ. The shower and toilet wer cosy as a camping ground

We got to stay in a local, Hokkaido Japanese house. Very clean. Full kitchen. We picked up some breakfast items from a convenience.store nearby and cooked in the kitchen. We had a big triple room. We also had a long chat with the host. The house is very nicely, artistically decorated, Hokkaido style, reminding me of the frontier spirit back in wild Wyoming/Montana. The Budget rental car is just across the street, very convenient for us to pick up the rental car in the morning. Thank you, Chi, for taking care of us.
