We have travelled all over Sri Lanka and being nature fans this was our best stay by far. The commodities are quite basic but what you would expect being in total seclusion in the wild. The staff go above and beyond for you and the chef is the best chef by far, it was just incredible to have food of such quality in such a remote area. The morning is when you can sit relax and watch crocodiles pass by and there ate also monkeys and a family of water monitors. The safari with was above and beyond it was just fantastic. The prices for everything were really good. Just a tip if you book and fancy wine or beers make sure to order beforehand. I would recommend this place to everyone thinking of glamping in sri lanka as it exceeded our expectations and more Thankyou to the whole team for giving us a time to remember.

The tent features air conditioning. The unit has 2 beds. River View Safari Cottage er staðsett í Udawalawe, 19 km frá Udawalawe-þjóðgarðinum. A great area in front of the beautiful river. Good value for money, dinner was very good!! And the staff is very friendly. The beds are comfortable and the room is very clean! We took a safari with them and it was great. Totally recommend it

Athgira River Camp is located at the door step of Udawalawe National Park with views of Rakwana River. It’s very close to Udawalawe reservoir and to the Elephant Orphanage. The tents were lovely and faces the river which was so nice and quiet. The food was great and very friendly staff. Fernando the head chef was very nice and made a special chicken curry for my husband.

This unique tent is set on the border of the National Park and comes with a private bathroom. The place was really awesome. We had a great time with family.
