Nice view of the city including of Etna! Great central location convenient to bus and metro stops, a nice grocery store, many restaurants and the main shopping area. Good lighting options, excellent responsiveness on WhatsApp, VERY clean and new facilities, sheets, towels, and nice bathroom. I appreciated the TV, desk, comfortable chairs, armoire, and mini-fridge! Also LOVED the keyless entry into the building, the hotel, and the room and not having to carry or figure out a bunch of different keys as I've done at other places in Catania. The hotel itself was nice and quiet. Big windows. Enjoyed the balcony. Appreciated the A/C. They will have a spa soon it seems and that will be so nice!

Very responsive and helpful. This place is clean, quiet and in a good location. I felt safe walking around outside and the apartment was very secure and felt safe too. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had what you would need to cook something. I would definitely come back. 👍
