The breakfast was amazing and the have a lot for choice. I had to leave very early and my breakfast was prepared and delivered into the room regardless of the time. The hosts were very attentive and made sure my needs were met. These guys could teach a thing or two about hospitality to a lot of hotels. I will definitely come back again.

This recently renovated guest house is located 11 km from Horta Museum and 11 km from Bruxelles-Midi. The property offers bike hire and features a garden and picnic area. We, family of 4, stayed The Little House for 10 days in April and are extremely happy with the stay! Facility is very clean and equipped with all necessary items for daily life. Quiet suburb area, yet just 20-30min car ride to the center of Brussel. Strong wifi signal, free on-site car parking, and bonus back yard. The owner/host family is AMAZING. They are extremely friendly, sociable, respective and flexible. 120% recommend this facility, with no doubt!!

It was exceptionally well furnished, nicely decorated, and very very clean. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful and eager to help. Everything exceeded expectation. Recommend it at the highest level.

Parking on-site is available and the guest house also provides bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too! Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.

The property is very well located and super super cozy. Only regret was staying only one night. The house has a beautiful garden which is very welcoming for a coffee in the morning. The location is super quiet and very close to the main road which makes it easier to go in and out Brussels.
