Pretty new and very well located place on the West Bank, perfect if you want to get to know Nubian village a bit better (just a short boat ride from busy and noisy Asuan center). You will find there cool rooftop terrace to grab some tea/coffee and breakfast or dinner. Very relaxing vibe! The owner Tamer and Madian will do their best for you to have the best local experience. We were even invited for a local wedding! They will help with your travel agenda or arranging car/boat for a very good price. They help also with Abu Simbel day trips. Room was comfortable, with spacious bathroom. We even extended our stay there. 😊

We were welcomed by Ali, a super helpful and friendly guy, who received us with great hospitality, juices and fruits. The host also welcomed us, arranged tours for us, breakfast and great hospitality. The room has an incredible view of the Nile River, it was definitely our favorite place in Egypt. Great location with good restaurants around and easy access. We are dreaming of a return day!

They organized a private sunset Felucca ride and an 8 hour private boat tour with Moustafa which was AMAZING! The room was clean and very comfortable. Ahmed was always right there to provide us with whatever we needed. I would 100% recommend this place and I hope one day to return.

Set in Aswan, just 23 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum, Kafana Guest House Nile View features beachfront accommodation with a private beach area and free WiFi. The air-conditioned accommodation is less than 1 km from Nubian Museum. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. It is a nice intimate place in the beautiful island of Elephantine. The room was spotlessly clean, which was great relief after being disappointed by different hostels in Cairo. We enjoyed the short walks on the island, where we met a lot of welcoming local families, away from the hustle of downtown. We also enjoyed the beautiful little terrace and garden in front of the room, and the good dishes made by Kafana and his crew. They were all extremely nice and respectful, besides being a great company and fun to be around. We felt we were among friends. Kafana himself is very accommodating and went out of his way to get us to our train on time. Very thankful for this experience and will surely visit again.

Everything in the room and terrance is clean and comfortable. Location is perfect which is next to the Nile River and Philae Temple. Sied has a private boat and is available to offer a special trip to visit the Temple. Food is delicious. The price of the tour is reasonable. I would like to stay here for next trip.
