The apartment is in a residential neighborhood, with several grocery stores and bus stops just a few steps away. All the areas of St. Paul's Bay are easy to get to by walking. The apartment is very clean, spacious and nicely furnished. It is large with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, washing machine, modern kitchen and comfy living room with big TV. There is ample lighting throughout the place and the switches are all perfectly labelled. The location is perfect if you like a quiet place after a busy and loud day exploring the island. Jonathan was quick to respond when we had questions. He was also very helpful with informations, kind and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better host !!! We definitely made a good choice by staying here.

Big, recently renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, just perfect for 3 couples. There is also a nice terrace for thise who want to smoke. In front of the building there are free parking place. The host was very helpful and provided all necessary information for the self check-in in advance.

Very nice place. Equipped with all needed things and very comfortable. Good location, very close to place for swimming in the sea. There are shops and restaurants around. Good public transportation, bus stops and direct lines to Valletta and to Gozo (ferry). We did trips to all famous places in Malta without any problems. Good contact with the host. All family enjoyed the stay and vacation.

We were stunned! When we booked this accommodation, we thought it’s too good to be true. But the reality was even better than the pictures. Our host Adrian was very friendly; he was waiting for us and showed us the whole place, even let us bring towels to the beach. The fridge had water, cans of coca-cola, non alcoholic bear, even a chocolate bar. In the home you’ll find anything and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fully stack kitchen with cutlery, dishes, plates… There is dish washer, microwave, oven, gas hob, coffee maker, kettle… Literally anything you can find at your own home. Of course Wi-Fi is there, as well as TV, sofa, king size bed, washing machine, lots of cabinet space for your stuff. In the bathroom you’ll even find shampoo and shower gel. Everything is beautiful, modern and clean. We really enjoyed breakfast outside in the small yard. And when you go out, there is a bus stop 20 meters away from where the bus will take you directly to the Golden Bay beach. We would definitely come back again and we recommend SUMMER HOUSE to everyone who wants to enjoy an amazing stay in Malta.
