Situated within 28 km of Daqing Station and 33 km of Taichung Railway Station, 鹿厝老街民宿 features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Lukang. Right in the old town up a little side street. It feels like a step back in time. Room was very modern with good air con, kettle and mini fridge. It was spotlessly clean. We didn't meet the owner, but communication via message on booking.com was excellent. I received a message with the key code on the day before arrival and we were able to let ourselves in easily. Thanks for a great stay!

In 50 days of cycling Taiwan this was our favourite Homestay by far. The owners are so kind and generous. They welcomed us early and gave us a wonderful dessert custard to eat. They are very bike friendly. My bike tires were being pumped up as we ate our beautiful breakfast. They gave us maps and information about the town and were just wonderful. We arrived as guests and left as friends.
