Place is a big family house where everyone is greeted very friendly. Big kitchen with all the appliances, easy to cook, very clean. No problems with showers as they have both shower cabins and bathtub. Lovely staff, helpful. I would def recommend.

Top of the morning to ya! Just had the pleasure of staying at the Popcorn Hostel in Bucharest, and let me tell you, it was grand! The place is run by a lass named Cristina, and she's as friendly and funny as they come. She was there to help me with my luggage when I arrived, always ready with a joke and a smile. Cristina, the gem that she is, is as efficient as a Swiss watch. She's always there when you need her, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone's having a good time. Cristina also tipped me off about the free city tour - a real treat, I tell ya! And she recommended the Caru' cu Bere restaurant. Now, that's a place you don't want to miss when you're in Bucharest! The Popcorn Hostel is a cracking place, with a friendly vibe and a great crowd. All in all, I'd give the Popcorn Hostel in Bucharest a solid 10 out of 10. It's a great spot, run by great people.

Very friendly and helpfull stuff. Always clean and smell very fresh in all areas. Towels are included. Hostel located 10 min walk from a city central and 2min walk to a big supermarket. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nice living room with a big screen TV and a balcony. I Recommend this place.

I returned twice to this place during my 2 weeks in RO, although I did not plan this. It's a very accommodating hostel, a bit like a shared flat. Pauline and Daniel mingle with guests and have really good people skills, making everyone feel wellcome. You need conversations, you'll have that with them, and other guests, everyone's friendly. You'll need some rest, they will make sure this is respected by guests. Very good vibes. I'll book again in summer, when I'm back to RO. While I was really fine in the female dorm, I love the single room, due to the decorated insulation and minimalist feel. I'll be back in June!

Fernando and Carmen are great hosts: always ready to chat, always ready to advise guests on everything they need. The hostel is very well located (Inside the city center and close to the old town), Impeccable hygiene, it has a nice common area, a well furnished kitchen, The bed and pillow are probably the best I've had in hostels in which I have stayed. It has a different and very tasty Breakfast! Definitely the best hostel in town!
