Dom Studencki Zaułek is located in the centre, in a quiet street in the trendy Jewish district of Kazimierz in Kraków. It offers accommodation with free wired internet and a 24-hour front desk. Nice and cheap stay. No noise, clean and spacious room. The receptioinist were so helpful. I booked an extra night eventually.

Housed in a historic regional-style building, the Good Bye Lenin Hostel Zakopane features free Wi-Fi and a common fully equipped kitchenette. The Tatra National Park is only 200 metres away. The wooded house is situated in the middle of the woods and you feel at home the moment you drive up to this place. The hostel has a very homey feeling: they provide sleepers/flipflops as they are shoe-free and the living room is extremely cozy with couches and blankets. The staff greatly contributes to the relaxed atmosphere as they are helpful and kind to everyone. One of my favorite hostels I have ever visited!

Location was excellent, just a few minutes away from Wawel castle. There were plenty of cafes, grocery shops and restaurants in the vicinity at good price points. The room itself was spacious, and clean and allowed for some privacy. The shower heaters work well. The hostel also provided tips on what to see and eat in Krakow. :)
