The outside appearance of the object reminds of the old - fashioned log cabins, as well as the interior. Within the house property there is also a wooden terrace with benches and tables inside of it, and a grill and cooking fireplace. There is also a wide open field that provides many entertaining options. Below the object there is a beachlike approach to river Vrbas, where the guests can refresh themselves during hot summer days.
The object is situated in the intact nature of Banja Luka city surroundings, from river Vrbas on one side to beautiful hills on the other side. At the same time, center of Banja Luka is relatively close, only 7km. In wider neighborhood of the object, there are lots of beach bars, markets and other. The object is connected with the city center with direct city bus line. For recreation and sport lovers, the recreational zone Šehitluci - Banj Brdo is situated only 3km away.
