This newly refurbished 2 bedroom townhouse is situated steps away from one of Malta’s most iconic bays, Balluta Bay. It is located close to several sought-after coffee shops and restaurants as well as convenience shops whilst being within walking distance of the popular Balluta Bay beach. Upon entering the property, one will be struck by the beautiful Maltese tile flooring and the original stone walls. The high ceilings throughout the property are truly impressive. The townhouse comprises of 2 double bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. The property has a bright and spacious open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine microwave, kettle and toaster.
