Welcome to the beautiful country side of Österlen. The old house from 1904 has been remodeling 2022 by the owner and architect Christine. There are two households at the property. The main house is for guests with its own private entrance. It’s a unit of 85m2, newly renovated with all modern needs. Heated floors, a modern kitchen with a flexible dinner table for 6ppl. Bathroom, two separate bedrooms with Hästens-beds, the comfortable living room also has a bed sofa. The living room space also has access to the shared courtyard. It’s peacefully located in a very pittoresques area, the property also have a small lake just few meters from the house. The host, live next door where she also runs her architect studio. Chickens and cats are also part of the property but guest dogs are also very much welcomed too. Please don’t hesitate if you have any further questions. Christine Vänligen Christine
My name is Christine and I moved back to Sweden to renovate this small farmhouse 2020. Mainly to lear construction a bit more from my dad. Prior I lived and worked in Hong Kong and Stockholm but also in few other countries prior to this. Nowadays I run my small architect business from the countryside. Enjoying the diversity and beautiful scenery Österlen has to offer.
Mat: Byavägen 35. Café 20min promenad. Kronovalls slott 5 min med bil. Jazz och pizza i trädgården. Franskans Crêperie i Mellby 10min med bil. Freden resturang 12 min med bil. Granngården driver även en cateringfirma. Aktivitet: Egen skog finns för promenader. Vill man bada och sola nås olika stränder med 15 minuters bilresa. Skåneleden Brösarp Kivik ca 15-20 med bil. Gyllebo sjö för bad och fiske. Ulriksdals trädgård i Kivik 15 med bil. The English garden 15 min med bil.
