The property is just 5 and 7 min. from Subways 2,5 and 3 and 20 min. away from Manhattan. This is a top-floor apartment in the recently constructed, three-story, non-smoking building. The spacious and contemporary furnished apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright light living /dining room, a huge kitchen with double sinks, and two balconies. The apartment is a shared space with a host present. One of the bedrooms is occupied by the property owner, who will be happy to assist with answering any questions and provide you with recommendations about the area. The high-selling interior has a central heater/air conditioning with the owner’s artwork on the walls. The apartment is equipped with a video-audio intercom system and a washer/dryer. Your Master Bedroom is well equipped with a queen-sized bed for two people, its private bathroom, balcony, a big closet with enough space for all your belongings has a locked door. You are welcome to share a big kitchen and a family/living room. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer for an additional cash charge for each use. No unregistered guests, visitors, or meetings are permitted on the property. Please be advised, that this property is a homestay and your host, the owner, is on the property living and working at all times. With all due respect to all the guests of the estate, and their beliefs, and because this is a shared apartment, no religious practices are allowed in the common areas, and transgender guests are not welcome. No booking is accepted from guests, who live within a 50-mile radius of the property, and for all guests are required minimum booking of two nights.
