Welcome to this modern townhome in Ballard - a historic Scandinavian town known for its youthful and trendy locale, popular nightlife, and highly rated high school in the county. Wake up refreshed in this fully furnished home, where you have copious amounts of light during the day (room-darkening blinds for naptimes), well-lit rooms for those nights in, board game nights, and gatherings. With great walkability, low street noise, and exceptional safety, this home is a gem in the heart of Ballard.
Hi There ! Jennifer and Tony here. Welcome to our home! Thank you for visiting our listing. Spontaneous road trips to see sunrises, meteor showers in the boonies, traveling to new towns and cities, experiencing the local fare, and the romance of the open highway. This is what brought us together. We’ve made some of the most memorable experiences during our stay in various Airbnbs throughout our travels. With this in mind, we wanted to provide you with the exciting and memorable experience of visiting a city. Apart from what the city has to offer, your home away from home during your stay, makes all that difference. We continuously work to provide you with the best experience for our guests. Jennifer loves travel, decorating her home, personal finance, running marathons. Tony loves cooking, astronomy, star-gazing, road trips, exploring mountains or nature, and camping. Together, they bring you the most memorable experience during your stay - be it a family or friends reunion/vacation, visiting the city, or simply a staycation.
Cozy wood tones, fabric colors, and warm lights throughout the home give you the feeling of a Zen abode, with high ceilings, spacious rooms, and copious amounts of natural light. With a fully furnished 3 bed / 3 bath, each room includes built-in heaters (AC in the living area and master bedroom), and bedroom furnishings. There is a reading/writing nook downstairs for those who enjoy their sanctuary and a separate work-from-home station on the second floor. On a clear day, you get fantastic views of the surrounding neighborhoods, Discovery Park, Mt. Rainier, tip of the space needle, and the Olympics. During the night, you can relax under the yellow lights with a gas fire pit, and spectacular views, all for yourself. Guests will appreciate the home's vicinity to the buzzing Ballard restaurant and coffee district, and historic Norwegian fishing town roots. With great walkability, plenty of street parking, low street noise, and exceptional safety both during day and night, this townhome is a gem in the heart of Ballard, for anyone who is visiting Seattle - either for leisure, friends and family reunions, or simply to kick back and relax in the Emerald City, and the Pacific Northwest.
