Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property within 24 hours. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests are required to show photo identification and credit card verification (photo of the card and confirmation of a test amount) before being approved for check-in. Virtual Cards are not accepted. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Same Day Bookings 2-Hour Processing Time | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival requirements are completed and approved, to provide access details. We ask that guests who are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival requirements and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.

Majoituspaikka ei ota vastaan polttariporukoita tai vastaavia.

Vahinkovakuusmaksu (US$1 000) tulee maksaa. Majoituspaikka veloittaa maksun päivää ennen saapumista. Summa maksetaan luottokortilla. Summa maksetaan sinulle takaisin 7 päivän kuluessa uloskirjautumisesta. Vakuusmaksu hyvitetään kokonaisuudessaan luottokortille majoituspaikan hyväksytyn jälkitarkastuksen jälkeen.
