Walk across the street to “Surf style Island Market" for groceries, non essentials and souvenirs. Pool is heated some months of the year. General 1150 sq. ft. unit. My husband, Bruce and I live just outside of Dallas, TX. We recently purchased this condo in March of 2022. We love Gulf Shores, AL for the beautiful white beach sand and emerald colored ocean. We love this unit because of the views and direct access to the beach. We made a lot of updates. Including buying new furniture, appliances, TVs, décor, bedding, pillows, bath towels, curtains and much more. We want our guests to feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. Cleanliness is also very important to us. We have high standards in making sure that it stays clean for our guest. I have experience as a landlord, apartment assistant manger, leasing agent and a customer service background. These experiences have helped me to be able to provide you with great service as I have delt with property/unit turnover, maintenance, communication and resolutions. I am available for communication through the platform during our business hours. Sunday- Saturday 9 AM -6 PM. Enjoy your stay!
