Walk to Shinjuku station was easy and there was a convenient store right across the hotel. We stayed at Sunroute twice during our time in Japan with a side trip in between. The concierge was able to store our luggage for 2N which was helpful and convenient. The self check in was a bit fiddly but the staff behind the counter pre-empted the issue and proactively resolved it. Space under the bed for storage was good.AliceAustralia
