The restaurant was great for dinner and was of high quality. The breakfast buffet had a huge amount of options. Staff was friendly and quick.

They went above and beyond what was expected. The facilities were amazing and we really felt like we were pampered and well taken care of. The massage and the facial were tops. The sauna was perfect with its own shower. The room was very well fitted with separate shower, bath, and WC. The bed was luxurious and the balcony had a great view. We will make every effort to come back.

Helpful and friendly reception, comfortable bed, clean room with a great shower. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel in a long time, great food, atmosphere, and good service and staff. Also, it could not be any more amazingly convenient, being adjacent to the train station, a short walk into the town (shorter than online maps lead to believe as you can just go through the station), and the bus I took to Liechtenstein parks literally in front of the hotel - however, despite all the transportation, I was never awakened or bothered by any noise here - easily the best hotel I've stayed at anywhere across Austria, Belgium, or Germany, exceeded expectations instead of the usual disappointment.
