I would also suggest Karagiannis bakeries (2 of them, one at each side of the Poros mood rooms) for breakfast and coffee.

Excellent location, very near to shops, restaurants and boats to Askeli, Monastiri and Neorio. Staff was very nice. Our hotel room was very clean and had satisfying AC.
