The hotel is very new and it is beautiful. The room was big and comfortable. The roof top pool very nice. The staff had been very kind and active to support all our needs and flexible in understanding how to handle some hiccups.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Anara Airport Hotel is situated in Tangerang, 22 km from Museum Bank Indonesia and 25 km from Mangga Dua Square. I'm filling this in on behalf of my mom and my niece and nephew who stayed there last Sunday on a transit trip. I ordered Junior Suit for them since the children likes to swim in a bathtub. They've never stayed at Anara for transit, this was their first stay over in Anara. Based on what I heard, they loved it there. They loved the big room with separate bed and living room. They also loved how big the bathroom area is. They also loved the walk in robe area in front of the bathroom. It feels like their own house. LOL They especially loved the breakfast menu! Also the staff friendliness and helpfulness. Since my mom traveled with 2 kids (3 and 5y.o) by herself. They helped them and took care of them very well. The photos below is taken from a video's screen shots. So it's not as good as a real life view.

Rooftop lounge was exceptional! Excellent location near the airport, with free shuttle service on an hourly basis. Very clean, modern and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed with great pillows.

Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport is located in Tangerang, within 23 km of Museum Bank Indonesia and 26 km of Mangga Dua Square. I love everything about this accommodation. From timely pick up at the airport, swift service at the front desk, how enthusiastic every staff in making sure the guest are happy, to cleanliness, food even the refreshment they left by the receptionist is superb. This is the standard of hospitality that needs to be maintained. I do have one request about the room. While it’s large enough to fit a family of four, I highly believe the round table can be swapped with something better to fit at least two adults. This goes for the chair as well. I find it a little difficult to enjoy our in-room dining experience when the table and chair can only accommodate one adult. Other than that, I’m confident my family and I have found our go to hotel. Thank you
