Staff here is super friendly, and helpful when anything is needed. Staff even remmember our names. Our room was cleaned twice a day, with personal touches as lighting a candles in the evening. Food selection was great, with both western and more local food.

Free drinking water during any moment of your stay and they keep refilling every day two bottles in the fridge in your room. Easy check in and check out. Really nice location, close to the main strip but very quiet side street. Also very close to the road that crosses the island directly to the sunset side, so thats useful to change, shower and take your bike and ride there. AC in the room, handy for Gili because it is hot there.
