The rooms are comfy and just what you need to unwind. The highlight for me was the snorkeling; it's some of the best I've ever done, with crystal-clear water and incredible marine life just off the jetty. Plus, the WiFi is surprisingly good for such a remote place, hitting around 30mbps, which is great for staying connected. Just a heads-up, due to the location, the internet might drop during storms, but that's a small price to pay for the beauty and peace you get here. Overall, Vogelkopf Resort is an excellent choice for an stress-free vacation with a bit of adventure and a lot of natural beauty."

Don't miss out their dinner buffets in the evening, very good quality and variety for an absolute reasonable price; several kinds of extra cold beer, red & white and some hard liquors available (of course at an extra price). On their menu, you also find Papeda (the Papuan signature dish). The staff was very kind and helpful. Even some of our unexpected requests were fulfilled in a proficient way. We liked the rooms and the breakfast too as well as the a la carte dinner. The bar area is cozy too. For us the most useful property of the venue is the relatively close location between the Airport and the Maria, what is also it's disadvantage.
