Everything was wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable, we slept very well. The staff at the front desk was very kind and welcoming, I hope I will have a chance to visit again in the future. Super close to Mt.Fuji Station so very convenient. We arrived past the check in time so I asked for late check in and was kindly instructed.

From the moment we arrived the hotel took our breath away even before we saw our room. I booked this hotel for my brother's birthday and the staff made this honestly a stay to remember. We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

Just a 5-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station, JINYA Fujikawaguchiko is located in Fujikawaguchiko. Free WiFi, private parking, a washing and drying machine are provided. Flexible staff, we had the chance to check-in earlier and everything went smoothly. We were only 2 so the room was big, very clean and we could even see Mount Fuji from our balcony. Not far from the station by foot. Would totally come back here the next time as the price were reasonable compared to other choices.
