Room and bathroom are spacious, stylish and comfortable. Feels separate from the outside world like in the middle of the jungle (but isn't really, in fact the main road is only a minute's walk away). Lovely garden with a clean swimming pool, and very tasty breakfast!

Location near the centre and near the local village, wonderful bliss, beautiful garden, in the middle of unspoiled nature. Owner and staff could not be more kind, attentive and went over and beyond expectations to make us feel welcome - gave good advice on our overall plans in Sri Lanka, showed around, organized transportation, visit to local village etc. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and just beautiful with everything you need - from European adapter to mosquito repellent. Food and drinks just lovely with both local and western options. Really 10 is not enough to rate this experience!

Set in Sigiriya, 3.7 km from Sigiriya Rock, The Cottage Sigiriya offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. On a month long trip to Sri Lanka, filled with beautiful places and accommodations - the Cottage holds a special place in my heart. We spent two amazing days here, and later in our trip we decided to go back for 5 more. From the kindness of the staff, the excellent hospitality, the pool that was somehow always the right temperature, the location in nature and all of the life that surrounds it - we had a perfect stay. The gentleman that cares for the plants, pool and grounds works all day making sure the place looks great and the pool is always clean. The chef makes great food, and the Sri Lankan breakfast was excellent. The location is a short bike ride from town, or if you have your own tuktuk as we did it’s about a 5 minute ride. It’s in the midst of the jungle. In our days there we had encounters with every type of bird in Sri Lanka. Monkeys of all varieties. Even Elephants. The near by lake, which you will drive by the signed path to, is a must at sunrise. Walking further down the road into the farmers fields (stay on the road, don’t walk on their crops) will yield incredible sunsets with peacocks calling in the background and a clear view of lions rock. Bungalows are simple, clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. We will most certainly return here in the future and highly recommend it to others. There is more to see in Sigiriya than you think, and a couple of days at the cottage is a great base to explore and relax. Mama, the local dog running around is very sweet. If you’re a dog loving traveler as I am - take care of her and show her some love. She’ll keep the monkeys off your tuktuk 😉

The guys from the reception and the owner were very kind, the place is very beautiful in the middle of the nature,everything is new. Great! We spent wonderful time în this hotel!

Located in Sigiriya, within 2.8 km of Sigiriya Rock and 5.9 km of Pidurangala Rock, Panoramic Royal Villa provides accommodation with a terrace and as well as free private parking for guests who... We stayed for three nights here and the family who owns the apartments are were nice and friendly. Also the rooms are very clean and the WIFI works really good. The apartments are a bit outside, so you need to walk approx. 10 minutes to the main road but the view on the lions rock and to rice fields is really great.

The staff, amazingly availableand kind. Good location between the hot spots around sigiriya Nice garden, with a lot of birds and squirrels. Food was really good.

Situated in Sigiriya, 1.4 km from Sigiriya Rock, Sunrise Cottage features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. The space is in a lovely little oasis away from the busy road. The room is large, clean and comfortable. Great bed! The owner and his wife were amazing and so accommodating.
