The staff was really nice and professional upon check-in and at the breakfast. Although rooms are located above bistro premises, sound insulation and ventilation worked seamlessly and exceeded all expectations. Hearthy breakfast is served downstairs and has a huge variety of different choices. Room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities available. Few photos suggesting about the history of house hang on the walls in corridor.

Hotel Sigulda is located 300 meters from the train station and offers homely rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Lovely place in a beautiful town! The staff were very friendly. The place was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and free. Very good breakfast. The saunas and pool facilities were worth the extra 15 euro after being in the car for days and wandering around the town.
