La Maison d'Eté Hotel by NEWMARK heeft een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een bar in Poste Lafayette. The hotel is a real dreamlike boutique hotel. Just WOW! Very quiet and very peaceful! The sea view is truly mesmerizing all day long and has spectacular sunrises! We have even been so lucky to see humpback whales passing by daily at only 100 to 200 meters in front of the hotel! The restaurant is great, and the food is excellent with a great à-la-carte menu with enough options to choose from with even a 3-course menu that changes every day. As we have eaten in the restaurant every evening, we can vouch for the fact that the menu does not get boring. As stated by other guests, some dishes require paying a half board supplement, however that is completely appropriate as the quality is appropriate. The room cleaning staff is amazing with a tidy room every day. Next, whilst having dinner in the evening, the staff even refresh your room and bed + leaving a lovely local chocolate treat! But what stands out the most, that is the staff!!! What an amazing staff La Maison d'Eté Hotel has! Impeccable service, very kind and very helpful! It is due to the staff that this hotel is checking all the boxes! To all the staff, thank you for making our stay very memorable! Dit tropische toevluchtsoord in Poste de Flacq beschikt over luxe suites en villa’s met airconditioning en uitzicht op de Indische Oceaan. Fantastic 5* resort! Our junior suite was clean and spacious and conveniently located next to a swimming pool. The hotel is 25 years old, but it is kept in a pristine condition. There are a lot of top-class amenities and a number of high-quality restaurants — we liked every dish we had during our stay. Both swimming pools are exceptional, and there is a wine cellar and a sauna. Above all, we enjoyed a library. You literally have to go for One&Only, which is in a totally different price range, to (slightly) beat Prince Maurice when it comes to the quality of the facility. Senior staff members in WhatsApp concierge service (such as Imtiaz, Yash and Phoung) are qualified and helpful with reservation of restaurants and activities. When our return flight was cancelled due to a strike, they managed to prolong our stay for one night — despite a short notice and low availability during high season. We specifically looked for a hideaway resort, hence we enjoyed the distant location of Prince Maurice and absolute silence at nights. Those looking for nightlife and Mauritian street vibes should consider hotels located in the coastal towns.

Het Constance Belle Mare Plage strekt zich uit langs een 2 km privéstrand met koraalrif en biedt 7 restaurants en 6 bars. Geweldig hotel! Extreem goede service; als er iets is wordt het meteen geregeld. Enorm veel faciliteiten. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en ontbijtzaal is ruim, dus er is altijd plek. Mooi strand met voldoende strandbedjes. We zouden graag terugkomen!

Facing the white-sand beach of Belle Mare, across the street, located along the preserved east coast, the Sunrise Attitude (Adults Only) hotel offers air-conditioned rooms. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik had een speciaal verzoek voor de laatste nacht van onze huwelijksreis en het personeel heeft er alles aan gedaan dit waar te maken. Wat ook erg prettig was, dat er geen kinderen aanwezig waren in het hotel en alles gericht was op verantwoordelijke volwassenen.

Het Tropical Attitude hotel ligt aan het strand in een tuin met palmbomen en er kunnen alleen volwassenen verblijven. Het biedt gratis boottochten naar het Île aux Cerfs. The room and the view were amazing, perfect retreat if you're looking for peace and privacy. Shoutout to the entire team for a great service!

Het Veranda Palmar Beach Hotel wordt omgeven door zandstranden en casuarina-bomen en ligt aan de rand van een lagune aan het strand. Het biedt kamers met airconditioning en uitzicht op de omgeving. Very clean, friendly stuff, good food.
