If you want peace and quiet and a lovely view of the Altafjord - then this small family hotel is perfect for you! It was one of the best place that I visited. Great view from the facility, exceptional breakfast and very comfortable room. I highly recommend 💙

Situated in Båtsfjord, Båtsfjord Brygge has a restaurant, bar, ski-to-door access, and free WiFi throughout the property. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Alas I didn't sample the breakfast as I had two morning starts at 4.00 am! Bous having a restuarant on site, great location for the sea Duck in the harbour, . Warm comfortable room with view over the harbour.

Surrounded by the Arctic wilderness, Snowhotel Kirkenes stands as a testament to innovation and adventure, offering an unforgettable experience year-round. The cabin is so comfortable, and nice. The homemade dinner was so wonderful and over expectation. There are enough space for relaxing and viewing from sitting area.

Such a once in a lifetime experience. Warm enough overnight and hauntingly gorgeous as one of few guests in the ice hotel itself. Breakfast was delicious- tons of local items. Highly recommend.

This central Kirkenes hotel is on the shore of Bøkfjorden, 900 metres from Hurtigruten Ferry Terminal. It offers free Wi-Fi and an à la carte restaurant with a seasonal menu. It's probably the best hotel option in downtown Kirkenes. Located right at the seafront, perfect spot for aurora sighting. Room was cosy, as per photo.

What a super little place this is. Great location for the Varanger scenic route and for a quick dash to the Russian border (actually the road there goes through an astonishing and rapidly changing landscape), not to mention many local beaches and the azure blue sea. The food in the restaurant was great and the breakfast very adequate. But above all that, the staff were really helpful, friendly and accommodating. An added bonus are the destination chargers. Plus the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
