Excellent staff, great central location and newly renovated rooms! The staff were extra helpful with helping us get breakfast bowls early in the morning and arranging a taxi to the airport for us. Excellent rooms, excellent service! Best of all, very hot showers following a few days in the jungle!

Featuring free breakfast, Hotel Rulman offers accommodation in Puerto Maldonado only 500 metres away from the main square. WiFi and parking are available for free. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Went out of there way to help me, including accommodating my vegan diet for breakfast (even though I didn't ask, they asked me) and walked with me to show me an money exchange place with great rates. The grounds are well kept with lots of plants. The room was clean, beds soft, hot showers, and the AC worked well. There is a microwave to heat food down stairs. Is a short 5 to 7 minute walk from the city center. I plan to stay here again and would recommend it!

Everything looked sparking clean and the hotel manager Sergio was so nice and helpful. And did I mention they’ve got HOT water? Most places in Puerto Maldonado have only cold water. I missed hot water so much after a few days in the jungle.

A magical hotel located in a magical place. The service was impeccable and everything is just so seamless, from the moment you arrive to your departure (they even printed our boarding cards without us asking and assisted our group to the airport in case there are any issues). The tours are excellent, food is delicious and our river lodge felt incredibly relaxing. We stayed for 3 nights, but I could easily stay a week! We were undecided between a cruise on the Amazon river and staying here, and so glad we chose Inkaterra. Seriously the best hotel I've been to, and I travel a lot.
