Situated within 5.9 km of Estadio Enrique Torres Belon and 5.9 km of Puno Port, Luz del Titicaca Lodge features rooms in Puno. This was amazing stay. Joel and Luz are the best hosts. The view from the room is incredible. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable: many warm blankets, heater, evening tea and hot water bottles for the night. We got simple but delicious dinner, breakfast was great too. Everything is very clean and well looked after. I highly recommend this beautiful little gem in such a special spot.

Only 50 metres from Puno’s Main Square, Tierra Viva Puno Plaza offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and plasma TVs. The Cathedral and Jiron Lima Main Street are 50 metres away. The location is amazing, just a few steps from the Plaza de Armas and Avenida Lima, where you can find good restaurants and anything you need. The staff was amazing, our bed was huge and comfortable and breakfast was good. We were able to leave our luggage in the reception while touring Uros. Overall very satisfied.

This was a surprise actually, didn’t know what to expect but it’s a really nice well kept hotel away from the chaos of the city. Our room was modest and although we only had one night here on our transit to Cusco, it’ll be high on my list when we go back. The staff is also very welcoming and pleasant.

The foremost thing we liked were the family (Juan, Elsa and their amazing children). They were super kind and what they have build on their island is amazing. The typical boat tour was super interesting and de textile workshop was interesting, but a little expensive for what it contains. The food Elsa cooked was amazing and delicious. The room was better than expected. The view is great and the beds are comfortable.
