Had the pleasure of staying at Grand Diamond Hotel during my visit to Trinidad. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the friendly staff providing all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and services. The lobby was beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant ambiance. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find it clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The comfortable bed and plush pillows ensured a good night's sleep, and the soundproof windows kept any outside noise at bay. The room also had modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and free water and soda, which added to the convenience of my stay.The hotel's facilities were top-notch as well.The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day.One of the highlights of my experience was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff

The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant and cafe were excellent and the rooftop bar was the icing on the cake! A superb stay and I will definitely be back!

Located 5 minutes’ walk from Queen’s Park Savannah and from Ellerslie Plaza, Kapok Hotel features a swimming pool, garden and a sun terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Everything is beautiful. It was child friendly and clean. The location was superb, the food was great, the staff seemed happy and enthusiastic about their job.

As soon as I entered the hotel I felt welcomed. The staff are well trained in customer service omg the staff are extremely friendly every minute they ask you if you are okay. Further, the room was exceptional and very well cleaned and everyday by 9 am my room would be cleaned. OMG THE BREAKFAST!! where do I begin!! It was deliciousssssssssssss buffet style and you could do an all you can eat. The staff at the restaurant is superrrrr always on your beck and call to ask if you are okay and would always ask if we needed coffee, tea or juice which they would pour themselves. The room service was exceptional. This is the top hotel in Trinidad, money well spent, service on a THOUSAND!! If I don't stop typing now I will not stop lol.

Този еко хотел се намира в залива Grande Riviere и е заобиколен от близката река, брега на морето и планините. Exactly what we were looking for as nature lovers. No mosquitoes on the inside. Very quiet. It was cool despite no AC. Walking distance from the beach and river. Also saw baby leatherback sea turtles which was a highlight. Dinner was EXCELLENT and staff was accommodating to help return our camera that we forgot.

Airport Suites Hotel is located 5 minutes’ drive from Piarco International Airport and The Trincity Mall. It features free Wi-Fi, free airport shuttle and a swimming pool with hot tub. Customer services especially from the females
