A special thanks to the manager, David, for his outstanding service and attention to detail, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Amazing stay! Some of the most amazing hospitality. Van went out of his way to help us organize transportation, rent motorcycles and give us restaurant recommendations. He gave us some tips and tricks on what to do in Phu Quoc. He even offered to cook up seafood purchased from the fish market for us!! We couldn’t have felt more welcome. The room was nice with good A/C and hot water. Would definitely stay again.

Take a room with sea view, preferably 4th floor (that's what we had)! You'll love it! Staff is ready to fulfill any of your wishes if it is possible and will go an extra mile. Service is top notch. Our stay was very pleasant (Couple). Food and all the entertainment are right at the door step. Free cable car ticket and free water park ticket ! They have rooftop swimming pool couple streets away, it is still being built and a little under developed(March 2024), but great views from 16th floor, nice water temperature. I liked everything about this place, you won't regret it.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is just newly built, location was good, the room was nice and clean with a good view from the balcony. People at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and tours, arranged a cheap rental motorbike and airport transfer for us. They even let us change the room at 10pm after we clogged the toilet with too much paper (sorry!) and helped carry our stuff to the new room. Very good value for money, would stay there again.
