I had a fabulous stay, treated like royalty from the moment I arrived. A special thanks to Mr. Wael Mounir (front desk manager) for his great help, that managed professionalism and friendliness with a perfect balance, he started taking care of us before we arrived till we left. Exceptional and wonderful service! Great location! Amazing attention to detail! Fantastic breakfast and dinner were served in the hotel. The hotel was immaculate and exceeded all expectations. Being able to check in early. Rooms were so clean and comfortable with high tasteful furnishings. The staff was exceptional, incredible, and polite, Thanks to all the hotel staff. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back.
