The room we booked was excellent, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was more than adequate with a big variety. The pool looked great but unfortunately, even though we visited during the dry season we had unexpected rain and did not use the pool facilities.

It was a great stay! So thankful for the nice and helpful crew. We stayed in a family room with our 2 girls (9y) and it was excellent! Good food, children were invited in the kitchen to make their own pizza and every evening live singer. And when going to bed, so quiet and no musquitos or anything. Super clean and nice smelling. Marvelous pools and gardens. Really loved our stay. Opposite to the beach, fantastic! And they arrange transport within 5min.

The hotel contains enough facilities that there is no need to go out unless one wants to explore the area. This was particularly convenient since we arrived in Bali during the Nyepi celebrations (Balinese New Year) which included the Day of Silence, when everyone must stay indoors and no one can be out in the streets. The hotel provided several meal options and there were enough activities to keep guests entertained. We were greatly surprised and honored to be included in a very special celebration organized by the staff. The hotel made their own “Ogoh-Ogoh” for the Ngrupuk Parade on the eve of Nyepi, and invited guests to participate and learn about this important Balinese tradition. Joining in this memorable event was one the highlights of our trip! The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and attentive at every opportunity, always making sure we were happy and that all our needs were met. Particular recognition must be extended to the wonderful ladies Laksmi, Intan and Yuni, who were always ready to help with a smile, to the talented Kenzo that led us in celebration during the Ogoh-Ogoh parade, and to the very attentive and professional Duty Manager, Mr. Cok Oka Derana. We will take home great memories of every one!

Great temperature, great size. Loved that there was a kiddie pool so us Adults could chill out in the pool without being bothered by others children. P.s The main pool is very deep so not suitable at all for kids. The staff at the pool bar were so funny and friendly. From the very second we got there they had us in stitches lol. The buffet breakfast is delicious and there are two swimming pools to choose from. While not a "luxury" resort we liked how it tries to give a more authentic balinese feel and we had a lovely two night stay - our shower in our Villa was a particular highlight as it had amazing pressure! It's located across the road from Legian beach and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Overall it was a great spot for our stay in Kuta
