Serene crest located very calm and peaceful ambiance. but also easily accessible very good road to this heaven. Staff also very friendly and attentive available all time . They prepare very delicious food for us . Breakfast also have wonderful options. Rooms have balcony with very good view. Totaly recommend for who searching for city break. Wonderful property. it’s an amazing heritage place that surrounded by stunning nature. The interior of the hotel, the rooms, the view you have from each and every point on the hills with tea bushes are incredible and charming. However, the best in this hotel are people. Manager Binoy is great host who truly takes care of his guest making sure we had the best possible experience of Wayanad and of our staying at the hotel. His team is dedicated and was careful and attentive to every our need, they were so kind and welcoming. And the last but not the least is the chief of the hotel who made absolutely unforgettable dinners, it was so delicious. We’ve spent 7 days there and enjoyed each and every moment.

Exceptional experience at Fern Tree Resort in Wayanad! The accommodation was excellent with immaculately clean rooms and high-quality finishings. The delicious breakfast was a definite highlight. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional customer service, particularly from Akhil. From booking until our checkout, Akhil provided personalised and attentive service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We reached the resort on our own (self-driven), a little behind schedule. We were greeted by the GM (Mr. Ratheesh Nair). They were expecting us. The check-in procedure was a breeze and was expedited by the Front Office Manager (Ms. Shalini). The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance. Room: The room was well appointed and the airconditioning, linen, toiletries, and mini-bar were well equipped. F&B: The buffet meals were well placed. However, the menu was the typical "pan-Indian" one. We were looking for typical Kerala cuisine, so we restricted ourselves to "a la carte". the staff gave us good advice on what combinations, and portions to order, and to put it in one word the food was "outstanding". Activities: Mr. Ratheesh and Ms. Shalini gave us good advice regarding the timings and what trips to take and that came in very handy in deciding the trips to take. Housekeeping: The housekeeping was efficient and the rooms were kept nice, clean, and well-equipped. Indoor Activities: The pool table, badminton court, and board games were maintained very well.

The place is situated in the midst of Jungle. You can spot wild animals (mainly elephants, deer n bisons) often near the resort. Mr. Gopa Verma was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming n caters to needs. He also takes extra effort n suggests nice places for sightseeing. The staffs were very helpful n polite. The food was great, they cook as per our needs. The room was spacious with fire place inside the room. Bathroom was clean n well maintained. Totally a place worth for couples & Family.
