The location is in Anachal which is 25 minutes from Munnar, which is a good thing. Munnar can get really over crowded. The hotel was a nice small property with just 18 rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The GM (Balaji) is also very exceptionally nice and accommodating. We had a great time! Note: Keep your expectations low in terms of roads to the hotel. This is the case for most properties in that area.

Tasty breakfast with excellent and varied selection of foods. We looked forward to enjoying the delicious food in the hotel restaurant each day of our stay. Clean and spacious rooms with amazing vistas of the Munnar hills from the balconies. The views alone were enough to sit and enjoy the ambience of the hotel and surrounding areas. Reception, restaurant and cleaning staff were all highly efficient and friendly, they could not do enough to help us feel comfortable and relaxed. A special mention to our driver Chinju, who showed us around and helped us carry out an auspicious function. He made everything go smoothly and there was nothing for us to worry about. The hotel is in a prime location to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Munnar hills. This is a hotel where once you leave, you know you will definitely be back. Thank you so much for making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

By far one of the most beautiful stays we had in India. Sitaram hotel was not only clean, tidy, well organised and tranquil, the staff which was excellent and professional was literally the highlight of the stay. Excellent yoga classes and walks in the morning as well.

The hotel was beautifully located. Each and every staff was welcoming. They organised a special dinner, cake and a lovely gift for our anniversary. The chef would cook anything you want. Infact when the driver didn't turn up, the front office James took us around Munnar. I thank each and every staff for making our stay wonderful.

Extremely warm and friendly hosts, very helpful in figuring out what all fun activities to do and also delicious food for every meal. Spent 3 great days enjoying the beautiful area around Marayoor and this amazing property. Wouldn't stay anywhere else except here on my next trip to Marayoor.
