We received a warm welcome when checking in and then were shown to our room. We had a second-floor room with a nice view of the garden. We could watch the birds in the trees and the staff care for the beautiful gardens from a large balcony. It was a great place to relax. The room itself was large and had modern facilities to turn electrics on and off. That might not be everyone's cup of tea. The bathroom was very nice. And we were also happy to have been supplied with bottled water. The meals at the restaurant were fantastic. There are not a lot of other options available in the area. The staff were fantastic in the restaurant. It was nice to have staff come and talk to us, including the chef. The place definitely had a resort feel. The pool was great and the staff tried to put on different events at night to keep everyone entertained. The beach is close by, though, our choice was to use the beautiful resort pool and enjoy sunsets from the beach.

Este complejo hotelero es lo mejor de lo mejor. Todo está limpio y luce maravilloso para relajarse y disfrutar de cada lugar. La recepcionista khushi fue muy amable y me ayudó mucho con cualquier pregunta. Ella es la mejor del hotel, nadie puede hacerlo mejor que Khushi. Volveré otra vez porque en la India soy de hace 6 meses y ningún hotel era igual. Estuve en Itc grand chola, park hyatt y otros... cada uno tiene algo. Pero este resort tiene mucho más de todo.Desde España vine.

We planned to go out of town and stay somewhere to get some refreshment. Finally, choose pondicherry while digging it, Booking.com shows Queens Paradise. Once we reached it, we felt really its queens paradise. Polite staff and good owners The rooms were neat and clean. The main thing is that we enjoyed the core swimming pool. The hosts are extremely nice, and what a delicious breakfast! While returning to Cochin, we really forgot the stress and refreshed. The environment was awesome. Special kudos for being a pet-friendly place. a neat and clean environment. I must say I will definitely come back with my family again.
