OCEAN SUITE is an experience - do not be put off by the price. It is worth it. Service was excellent at every step. Yes the suite is in a 'different' part of the resort, but this is because you are actually staying 'behind the scenes' of the aquarium. Amazing.

I love that Restaurants and a Grocery is available in this place. Even a bowling place is there. Makes it very convenient. As well as the Free Shuttle to the nearest MRT. They will clean your room and change all linens and towels everyday. Everyone in the reception are helpful and welcoming. They are happy to help you with anything and if you need taxis, they will also assist on booking for you. It was a very pleasant stay!

Very convenient , close to Changi Airport, easy to get to the hotel with public transportation. Front Office staff was very nice and provided all information, Our family love this hotel.

Location was close to resort world/restaurants. Free shuttle bus back to vivacity. Staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Pools were nice views and refreshing. Breakfast was delicious with multiple choices from different cuisines. Would recommend to stay here and would stay here again

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. Sitting on our balcony overlooking the forest we could listen to all the birds. The place is amazingly quiet. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Also the shuttle runs every 6 minutes to the other related hotels and casino. We liked not being at the main hub. You will not be disappointed.

It's near very near the park and food court, ease of access to everything, very convenient. The short walks to get to places saves a lot of energy🤣🤣🤣. They have everything and it's not hard to navigate the place. The room was very neat, maybe they can bidets to the bathroom but other than that everything is really great.
