The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. The property is so beautiful and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. It is a small hotel but never too busy. Breakfast was lovely and had something for everyone. The property is situated within the old city meaning that tour companies will pick up directly from the hotel.

The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the toilets were very elegant. A very strong 5star hotel. A very elegant hotel with lovely nature within it. The breakfast was definitely the best breakfast I've had for a hotel stay. Great variety to choose from. They even served champagne for breakfast. The restaurant staff were very attentive. High-quality breakfast. They even had a duo playing live music one morning. That was really such rarity. The pool was glorious and clean. Nice fluffy towels. I would definitely be back here if I'm in Chiang Mai. This hotel really is a gem. I'd say many 5 star hotels need to learn from this great hotel.
