A beautiful property about 10-15 minutes walk from the main city. Room was very clean and had a private terrace overlooking the pond. The breakfast (paid, but excellent value) was fantastic. Furthermore the staff were all very friendly and helpful - I booked a tour through them and, after some kind of mix up with the tour company, they went out of their way to help me. Overall, a fantastic and comfortable hotel which I hope to return to.

The check-in process was smooth. The staff was very warm and friendly. The travel co-ordinator Mr. Non-Khap was very very helpful. He listened patiently to our requirements, gave us options for tourist destinations, arranged a fantastic car and driver Mr. Chai for us, and took care of our pick-up and drop-off timings, spa bookings, hotel arrival, departure, late checkout, etc. Thanks to Mr. Non-Khap our stay was wonderful! The property itself is beautiful with a river and a mountain view. The landscaping was soothing. The spa was exceptionally good. The room was very comfortable, especially the sit-out.

From the moment we got to the Homestay it felt like a little piece of paradise and the perfect place for us to have a relaxing weekend :) It was run by a beautiful family who we got to know over our time there, and they were such wonderful hosts! The pool was fantastic, as was the room & food!

I liked everything, from the entrance to the room! Stunning views everywhere, starting from your room, following your breakfast cafe, on the entrance of the hotel, near the entrance on the territory of the hotel. Hundreds of perfect stunning views to enjoy and take pictures. Amazing and friendly stuff assisting with every request. Nice food on breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!

We were in doubt when we booked this place but once we arrived, the staffs welcome us warmly. The properties looks still new and clean, the surrounding is also neat and greens. Looks like a family own business, quiet and no one is distracting the guests. The properties is about couple street away from main road so quiet and no car or motorcycle passing by all the time. We had a great quiet and relaxing time there. Enjoyed the green rice field at front.

loved my stay there, 2 nights, was racing triathlon in singha park. felt like home, the hotel owner lent me his motorcycle to go to 7eleven. he also drove me to singha park at 5am morning with no charge. breakfast open at 7 but they prepared my breakfast at 6:30am so i can catch my flight. what I’m saying is that you’ll feel like you’re at your home! Baan Juan Santra is a very magical place. The nature, the animals and the surrounding are enchanting and, moreover, Nee and his husband are super kind and available! Nee is a great chef: for breakfast she always prepare freshly baked sweets and Thai dinner is highly recommended as well. If you are a nature passionate, you will fall in love.
