The location was superb. The staff and Tommy the manager were very attentive and helpful. Free pick up and drop off to the harbour was class and the free scooters are a pleasant bonus. Ennkai feels very exclusive..Its own stretch of beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. And waiter service. REALLY enjoyed our stay

Facilities were outstanding and very well maintained. Staff were so friendly across the hotel. View from the room and at breakfast was beyond beautiful. Breakfast foods were fresh and so tasty. Room was very quiet and we had no hard time sleeping. There is a mall nearby which added extra points to the convenient location. I strongly recommend this hotel for any one visiting Pattaya.

The stay here was great! The staff was very friendly and nice, they always answered all my questions with a smile. No complaints about my stay here. The room was very clean as well as the rest of the facilities. I was upgraded to a better room free of charge! They upgraded me to an ocean view room which was awesome. The room included a safe and bath robe, and all kinds of toiletries like toothbrush, soap, hand soap, shampoo, etc. The hotel is well located in Pattaya. A walking distance to nightlife areas, Central Festival mall, gym, laundry place, restaurants, and Beach road. Would definitely stay here again. I had an excellent experience.

property provided a lot of space to hang out with family and a beautiful pool.  was not located near the main venues of Pattaya, but that was fine considering I was with family. I will be back.

Staff very kind. Location was pretty good, close to shops and restaurants. My family enjoyed the 7 days stay in villa #216. The villa and pool was very clean. The villa need some minor maintenance otherwise it was a perfect score for me. I come back for another stay next time.
