The hotel is clean, pleasant, beautiful area, clean sea, good beach, good rooms. Delicious food in the main restaurant, A la carte restaurant is not bad, but not amazing.

One aspect that truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional staff. I would like to personally acknowledge Ms. Nahide for her outstanding help and care. We had initially booked a room with king bed but upon arrival, she immediately assisted us in changing to a room that suited our preferences. Her attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference in our stay. The main restaurant, Boreas, was a culinary delight. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were incredibly pleasant. The main pool area was nothing short of fantastic. The immaculate pool was inviting and the surrounding amenities were top-notch. The pool snack restaurant exceeded our expectations with their exquisite dishes, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available and the high attention to detail in every dish. In the evenings, the resort offered a range of night activities specially in the event area. The live musics and performances provided a wonderful ambiance and we had a fantastic time enjoying the entertainment.

This place feels like home anymore to me. I know most of the staff. They all are really helpful with a slime on their faces. They welcomed me again with a nice cold drink as I'm their repeat guest. since they had availability I got an upgrade as well. Can't thanks them enough. My room was exceptional. Even though the weather was a bit cold, all the activities were open. I enjoyed Fish A La Carte restaurant same as main buffet. Food quality is real thing in here. I loved a folklore dans group at night club, they were just amazing. Others were good too, but this one was amazing. Cleaning was pretty ok. İn general everything was good. Will come again.

The place lies on the beautiful coast of Turkey, Mediterranean Sea (Aegean sea) that you see the difference through color variants reflected from the trees onto the sea from green, turquoise and blue. This is a special place where you will want to come back every summer as this is our forth trip. In addition for this year, Hygiene & measures for covid were excellent that we, a family with 2 kids, felt we were safe there.

We recently spent an unforgettable 3 nights at Rixos Premium Bodrum. From the outset, the experience exceeded all our anticipations. It's evident that every staff member is meticulously trained to ensure impeccable service. A special mention to Selen and Nazifa, our dedicated holiday assistants, for their prompt responses, warm welcomes, and genuine kindness. Equally commendable were Yahya, who made our dinner experiences memorable with his friendly demeanour and Ummit who helped and welcomed us throughly during our stay. To our delight, we were upgraded to "The executive room" by the hotel. These are among the newly revamped sections of the hotel, and the attention to detail is impeccable. Our room was a dream - perfectly laid out, with ultra-comfortable beds and pillows, ample storage space, large bathrooms, and spacious closets. The cherry on top was the beautifully furnished terrace that offered a breathtaking sea view. If you're considering a stay, the executive rooms come highly recommended from us. The hotel's dining is another feather in its cap. The Turquoise restaurant caters to all-inclusive guests, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The variety and quality of the buffet left us truly impressed. For those late-night munchies or lunch, the 24/7 People’s restaurant, also part of the all-inclusive package (except for breakfast), has you covered. Our leisure time was well-spent at the Godiva cafe, Starbucks, and the pristine beach boasting comfortable loungers. The hotel's shuttle service, accessible via a quick WhatsApp message to an assistant, ensures you can move around the expansive property with ease. For the thrill-seekers, the hotel offers a range of water activities like jet skiing, albeit at an additional charge. Though we had initially planned to explore the city, the allure of the hotel, with its exceptional amenities and services, kept us thoroughly engaged.

Staff members were super great, food was amazing. Katharine from international relations together with receptionist Yusuf were so helpful! Restaurant has variations of different type of meals for everyone. All staff members work hard to make our stay wonderful. Easy to get to the city

Very good hotel, where hospitality is 10/10. I can never be enough thankful for how sweet the team is. The food is tasty, the beach is very clean and safe, service is 10/10. There is always someone in the reception to take your needs in consideration. I highly recommend this hotel. This is my second experience and I'm very satisfied to choose it again.
