The overall environment is clean and relaxing. The presence of monkeys is a bonus! For anyone who aspires to live a life "far away from the masses", this is THE place. It's indeed a privilege to stay here in this slice of paradise for three nights, the memories of which linger in our minds days after we left the place. All Staffs are friendly and helpful. We were invited to attend the weekly cocktail party on the beach upon our initial arrival. Mr. Hai Nguyen, the Director of Guest Services, came to us at the party. We had a very pleasant conversation about the hotel and its role in promoting the local communities and, in a sense, the nation by large. And an outcome of the conversation was an unexpected, pleasing though, surprise Mr. Hai offered us. Indeed, a once-in-a-life experience for us!

We booked one of the 3-bedroom private villas for our 5-person group and it was amazing. All bedrooms were spacious and had an ensuite bathroom, and we had access to our own private pool facing the beach. The spa treatments included in our stay were an amazing way to relax and unwind. We didn't feel like we needed to leave the property at all, as there are facilities such as the pool, spa, onsite dining and entertainment room to keep you occupied and relaxed. There are also other wellness activities which are included such as tai chi, breathwork and yoga, which you can easily sign up for. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with amazing choices from both Western and Vietnamese cuisines. The staff were also very helpful and emailed us before our check-in date so we could book our desired spa treatments for our group ahead of time.

It was truly the best. The facilities were good and the staff were friendly. Also, the breakfast is great. Since I was going with my parents, breakfast was important, and they came and prepared the breakfast themselves, and it was delicious, which was really nice. If you go with vour family, including small children, it would be the best because they would come and prepare a meal and wash the dishes, and the kids could play in the pool and then eat. 10-15 minutes to downtown by Grab? But the grab is good too. Of course, delivery is also perfect. If you stay at the villa, it will be delivered to the front of the villa. My trip was meaningful when I went to many places in Vietnam, but Da Nang is one of the wonderful places in terms of culture, people and cuisine. In particular, your Furama resort has given me great experiences, the facilities are good, and the breakfast food from the young chefs is GOOD. The staff are all very enthusiastic and responsible. My habits will also bother you, but they still warmly welcome me until now. It was a pretty impressive vacation, see you again.
