This place has gone well above and beyond the staff were super friendly and helpful very much excited for our next stay here.

Whitsunday Sands Resort is uniquely located on its own private peninsula, by the turquoise waters of the Great Barrier Reef. It offers all guests private access to 2 separate, magnificent beaches. We accidently landed in this little paradise! Multiple gorgeous beaches surrounding. We made a last minute booking as we wanted to get closer to our departure airport (one hour South) and got lucky that someone had made a last minute cancelation! The view from our room was a dream. Obviously a popular family resort and very busy, but still nice and quiet at night for good sleep! Would have loved to spend a week or two!

Opposite a family friendly beach, Shelly Bay Resort provides 4-star fully self-contained apartments, with views of Hervey Bay from every apartment. Perfect place to stay in Hervey Bah, we had everything we needed and Andrew was so helpful and flexible with us. It made our stay more simple, especially for the check-in/check-out and the storage of our suitcases!

This was one of the most interesting and enjoyable stays we've had in a while. The property is far enough from the big cities that you get some excellent stargazing. We also enjoyed the firepit on site. We enjoyed a visit from a small pack of curious kangaroos, one of them being ~20 feet from our yurt. The yurt is very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bean bags were a fun addition. There was also a lovely breakfast for us. Everything we needed was considered and provided by the hosts. We really enjoyed this glamping experience!
