We loved the food which had lot of various Indonesian specialties, we enjoyed drinking wine watching the sunset, and the daily trips we took with the hotel staff: Komodo dragons, snorkelling with the manta rays and turtles, visiting the neighbouring island including the fisherman village.

Tranquil with beautiful surroundings. A nice beach with a house reef with lots of coral and fish. Spacious bungalows and great staff. Would definitely stay again.

Maringi Sumba by Sumba Hospitality Foundation features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and shared lounge in Waikelo. We absolutely LOVED it here! The Sumba Hospitality Fund initiative is so wonderful, and the students went above and beyond to take care of us and make our stay very special. The rooms are very unique and the food ans drinks are all delicious (a lot grown in their own farm) and food included in the price. The outdoor bathroom is super cool.
