The hotel is beautifully designed and in a beautiful area very close to some picturesque beaches. The staff are very friendly and attentive and make it easy to organise trips and activities so you can experience Sumba. Surf lessons are a lot of fun and the village tour and waterfall tour are both great. Cocktails were really good, as was the food at breakfast. The hotel seems to have a good relationship with the local people and seems to have genuinely benefitted Sumba.

We had a wonderful stay at Sumba Dream! The scenery is very relaxing and the beach is just a few steps away. The location is far away from everything but that's part of why we chose to stay there. It's really peaceful and Blandine's cooking skills are truly next level! You won't stay hungry, trust me :) We hired a driver that was recommended to us and we're very happy with his service too. It's so worth it to go on a day trip and explore nature in East Sumba! The tide was very low during our stay, so unfortunately a snorkeling trip wasn't possible. In the end that didn't bother us because overall the time at Sumba Dream ecoresort was just perfect. Thank you so much, Blandine and Laurent!

Bobocabin Umarato, Sumba está en Waikabubak, a 14 min a pie de Rua Beach, y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis. Blue ocean, breathtaking sunset, thousands of stars in the night sky. The villa was really private, bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely love to come back in the future!
