It was an exceptional experience. The pools, the lawns, the gardens and the rooms lived up to every expectation. An amazing vibe! The staff were also very welcoming and respectful, and catered for myself in a very professional and courteous manner! 100% will come back again!

Situated in the middle of Lake Pichola and built in 1746, Taj Lake Palace is built with marble and features majestic architecture. This was one of the most outstanding hotels we have stayed in!! Absolutely everything was exceptional - from the stunning location on the lake, the gorgeous Palace suite, the wonderful meals in the restaurant to the outstanding staff!! The warmth, professionalism and ability to anticipate all our needs was extraordinary. We came to celebrate my birthday and all the staff already knew this was a special occasion for me and they all went the extra mile - starting from Mr Kunal at the jetty who set the stage and continued with his amazing hospitality to the boatman, the doorman, the rose petal shower (so fun!) to the birthday cake, Ms Rashmi and her colleagues at check in, the cleaning and gardening staff to all the servers in the wonderful restaurant- they made it a very special weekend!! I was so blown away and touched by the genuine hospitality. Thank you all so much!!
