The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The GM (Balaji) is also very exceptionally nice and accommodating. We had a great time! Note: Keep your expectations low in terms of roads to the hotel. This is the case for most properties in that area.

Reception and restaurant kept in contact with us while we were traveling. Restaurant manager Ratheesh is excellent leader cos his team was very efficient. We arrived at 11pm but they kept in touch with us during our journey (long drive) to check on our meal requirements. Reception was tops in welcoming us at that part of the night and in a terrible storm. We were very traumatized by the long drive and monsoon like weather but the warmth with which we were welcomed was awesome to overcome the trauma

Sitaram hotel was not only clean, tidy, well organised and tranquil, the staff which was excellent and professional was literally the highlight of the stay. Excellent yoga classes and walks in the morning as well.
