This family-run estate spread across 20-acres offers accommodation in Masinagudi at the foothills of the Nilgiris. Main road safari and birding walk with highly knowledgeable and courteous guide Mr Rajesh was incomparable and was delightful. We had excellent sighting everyday. Food preparations and non-repeating veg and non-veg menu was tempting and added with excellent weather, resulted in overeating for all of us. Entire staff was highly cooperative and always smiling, in spite of language problem. We would love to visit the place again

Chidambaram Villas - A Luxury Heritage Resort is located in Chettinad, within 5 km from Thirumayam Fort and Thirumayam Railway Station. We had a wonderful stay at Chidambara Vilas. The heritage building has been restored with a lot of love and the results are plain to see. Every staff member went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent too. Special thanks to Dinesh. The hotel has a lovely pool and the rooms on the first floor overlooking the pool have a huge verandah that is great to sit on. My kids especially enjoyed the games room that was very thoughtfully designed with several different games and comfortable seating, very different from the sad single foosball table that other hotels provide by way of "activities". I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting Athangudi and Kanadakathan where there are many old Chettinad buildings, as well as the small factories making Athangudi tiles. I hope we can come back soon.

This eco-friendly hotel enjoys a scenic location between the Veera Chozha and Cauverey Rivers in Southern India's Tanjore District. Mantra Koodam is one of the best properties I have stayed till date. The location, ambience, rooms, service, food everything was top notch . The rooms were very clean and had a lot of unique touches right from the courtyard type front to the waterfall type shower , the cute jar type soap holders , powder soap with loofah are a few. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quite spacious . Food in the restaurant was v nice. Highlight was the peacocks walking around the property. Highly recommend this property .

I stayed here for a day trip with no exceptions but than realized I could have booked for few more days. This house is completely amazing and chill. My girl friend really love this place. Mud blocks, natural finishing walls, nice pool, wonderful home made food. C19 safety measures followed... Well maintained property and its new and all at reasonable price. We would love to come back later nov. Pre-booked already :) for a week stay. The owner of the property is an passionate person.
