From the time we arrived, we were greeted by excellent hospitality from Tiffany and drinks from Rohan. The breakfast was also exceptional, the Jerk chicken was readily available and the room. OMG, the view was everything that i expected and more. Everyone was so friendly, and rooms cleaned on time and turned down each evening. If you are looking for fun and sun, and boutique, this is the place. I will definitely be back again :) I would highly recommend the day trip to Rick's cafe.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Iberostar Grand Rose Hall offers accommodation in Montego Bay, 50 km from Negril. I love the all inclusive part. The staff were all nice and helpful. He property was well maintained. There were activities for everyone from day to night. It’s a beautiful property.

The staff did a wonderful job of managing their various duties so at no time did we feel as though we had to wait lengthy times for service or for anything else. The water park was a hit with the family: well managed, attentive lifeguards and great swim up bar. We also loved the variety of entertainment they offered through out the day. There was always a wonderful selection of food at the various restaurants on the property and everything tasted great! Exceptional security around the property. We always felt safe. Big up Oneil the groundsman for keeping the beach and surroundings clean all day!
