Everythinig is top top top 10/10. We rented 3BR villa w private pool,it was the best experience I have ever had. There isnt any negative about the hotel. Rooms are super nice,the 3BR apt has 3 floors and on the top floor u have the outside bathtub and the HUGE 6person shower. In this resort you find super big choices of treatments and you communicate with staff/gym/hotel via their own app. You also order room service and treaments from that. Super convinent.

As the other reviews have said, this place is incredible. The staff were all amazing and the venue is stunning. We would definitely come back.

Tips for the most efficient transport, figuring out our itinerary and to top it all off, ensuring the room was at a comfortable temperature by the time we arrived! I've never seen such attention to detail and a genuine level of care for all the guests here. I can't thank Joy enough for being our emissary while here. She took the time to get to know us and helped fine tune our activities to perfection. The rooms are very luxurious and quite spacious. The added touch of having a French press coffee maker in the room is fantastic.

Facing the beachfront, InterContinental Phuket Resort, an IHG Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Kamala Beach and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The service was particularly good. We rented a car when we checked in and there was a parking service at the hotel for a whole week. Breakfast is also very rich, which is different from the comments I saw earlier. There are daily specialty coffee and daily specialty eggs. Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Western cuisine are all available. The room service is also very good, even the swimming pool is cleaned by a dedicated person every day. The most grateful person is Mr. LEE at the front desk, who has given us a lot of help and has felt at home since we checked in. Because of him, we will check in again next time

Slobodno ga pitajte, Seb je uvijek voljan pomoći, odgovoriti na svaki vaš upit i pomoći oko bilo čega sta vam je potrebno. Pomoći će vam oko izleta, rentanja skuter, šta trebate vidjeti, koje je dobro mjesto za pojesti, dobro mjesto za izlazak ili ko meni na čemu sam mu najviše zahvalan pomoć oko zaručivanja moje odabranice. Broj dva: vila vam se nalazi skoro pa u centru patonga, taman da ste blizu, a da niste u najvećoj gužvi. Uvučena je od ceste tako da imate mir i tišinu, a sve vam je na dohvat ruke. U par koraka imate dućan 7/11, dobar restoran, dobar salon za masažu, ma sve šta vam treba. Broj tri: sobe su jako uredne i čiste. Svaki dan mijenjaju posteljinu i donose vam nove i oprane ručnike. Wc je uredan i čist. Još jednom hvala Sebu na svemu i nadam se da se vidimo opet. 🥂
